When Fenway Properties needed to give one of their aging properties a fresh new face, they turned to ID Studios to provide project leadership to reposition the building for the growing market in the area. We took on the interiors and partnered with McCullough Landscape Architects to update the green areas. The resulting design combines a fresh modern face, with a lush natural exterior to provide existing and prospective tenants with a pleasant place to spend their workdays.
