PACIFIC Initiates Aggressive Growth Strategy Anchored by New Company Headquarters
After an extensive search for an office space throughout San Diego County, the agency is relocating from Old Town to San Diego’s Point Loma neighborhood and has selected ID Studios to design the company’s new headquarters.
ID Studios was chosen, after reviewing pitches from several designers, based on their history of excellence in creating beautiful, functional, and contemporary work spaces.
Deborah Elliott, ID Studios Design Principal and Owner, states, “We are very excited to collaborate with a progressive and dynamic company such as PACIFIC. Their casual open culture provides an opportunity for ID Studios to take a fresh creative approach regarding flexible and diverse work environments that truly inspire.”
PACIFIC’s headquarters is relocating due to the rapid growth of the agency, as well as to continue to attract and retain the area’s top talent. The new facility will offer a multitude of amenities and feature dynamic work spaces for the team. While conceptualizing the new office’s layout, CEO Norman Brauns wanted to stray from designing one of two standard work environments: traditional cubicles or an open floor plan. Instead, Brauns wanted to implement areas that are representative of different work styles. These sections include a library that provides a distraction-free environment, traditional meeting rooms, and areas that foster an energizing and collaborative “coffee shop” experience. These spaces aim to satisfy the various emotional stages that creative people experience while working.
Brauns commented, “We’re ecstatic to take this next step in growing the company. Our new office will enable us to maintain our momentum, and give our team ample resources to continue creating exceptional work for our clients. We hope to create a better space for our team.”
PACIFIC has been operating since October 2012. The agency is bicoastal with offices in San Diego, California and New York, New York. The company services more than 20 brands on a global scale including Expedia, Microsoft, Jacuzzi, LiquidSpace, The Maids, Travelocity, and Natural Intelligence. PACIFIC provides SEO, content marketing, design, and social media services.
